Delivery is what they do, and all their deliveries sent from them. Their transportation is reliable and fast and arrives in 2-3 days for orders placed before 2 PM PST. Their packages deliver with the utmost care, and they ensure the contents are discrete and undetectable the entire way to your door.
Competitive Shipping Rates
THC Delivery offers a low rate to ensure orders that are lost or stolen in transit with their courier. THCD will replace your order no questions asked in the unlikely event it goes missing before it reaches your door. THCD Insurance does not cover orders that marks as “Delivered.” This option can be selected during check-out and offers ultimate peace of mind for their customers.
At THC Delivery they offer a comprehensive rewards program to our fantastic community of loyal customers. You can earn THCD points for:
- Buying products – Earn 1% of your purchase back in THCD points (applied to account upon order completion)
- Logging in – Earn 5 THCD points daily when you log in to your account on THC Delivery
- Reviewing products – Earn 50 THCD Points per review (maximum one review per product per customer)
- Referring friends – Earn 1000 THCD points for referring friends (applied upon completion of the 1st order from the customer you refer)
- Promotions run by the THCD staff
THCD Points can be accumulated and applied directly toward your future purchases to partially or entirely discount your purchase. There is no expiry date for THCD Points, and our customers can find their point balance, transaction history, and personalized referral web-link on their ‘My Account’ page.
The THCD Points Reward System gives their valued customers points spent on their website toward product purchases. Points that you earn links to your account and transactions and can view balances from the “My Account” page.
Ordering and Pricing
THC Delivery requires a minimum order of $60 before they can ship your purchase. To order, follow the steps below:
- Register for an account and upload your ID; you must wait for your account to approve by a member of their team.
- Accounts will authorize within 30 minutes between 8 am and 8 pm PST on weekdays
- Visit their shop and find the products you want
- Add desired outcomes and select quantity and variations and then add to your cart.
- Visit your shopping cart to review your selected items and “Proceed to checkout” or select “Checkout” from our Main Menu
- Fill out the necessary details on the Checkout page – the accuracy of information is important to ensure they ship to the right address etc.!
- Click “Place Order,” and finish
- You’ll receive a confirmation page and confirmation email with instructions to send an E-Transfer. They will ship your order once payment is received.
- They ship same day for orders received before 2 PM PST; otherwise, they will ship on the next business day.
THC Delivery currently only accepts Interac E-Transfers. The vast majority of banks offer this service, and it is extremely secure and reliable. Your order will be, and you will be provided with instructions to send them an E-Transfer. Once they have received payment, they will process and ship your order. They will keep your order on hold until they accept cash. If you do not pay within two business days, they may cancel your order.
Communication
They are available on chat Monday through Friday 9am-5pm PST. Conversation can be accessed from the bottom right of the screen when they are online, and they try their best to reply within a couple of minutes. They are also available via email and respond as quickly as possible seven days a week.

Packaging/Shipping
Shipping costs $19.99 flat rate to anywhere in Canada via XpressPost. If you order $220 or more worth of products THC Delivery will provide free shipping automatically! They are currently only available in Canada and will not ship to other countries.
All their products sent in airtight, odour-proof, vacuum-sealed bags, with customer orders arriving in a discreet, unmarked Canada XpressPost package. They also send all packages out with a signature upon delivery requested. To ensure that customer orders deliver correctly, THC Delivery includes real addresses and names on the boxes. They ship to major cities in 1-3 business days, and rural locations in 3-5 business days. All orders paid for on a non-holiday or weekend before noon PST will ship same day. All orders placed and paid for on a weekend or holiday will ship the next business day.

last two orders from THC Delivery convinced us to change our source.
originally everything was ok, decent quality, great prices.
then recently our 2nd last order never got scanned
it eventually arrived but not without confusion and stress. their support department was nice and offered for us to tell them when we made a new so they could add some extra goodies to help make up for the trouble…
THEN
On the next order we saw that it was pending and at first we thought it was so they could add the extra goodies, then several days later we contacted support to ask why the order was taking so long and advise them this was the 2nd time in a row this has happened to us. but got NO REPLY
we waited a couple more days then emailed again to tell them we were not happy and wanted our money back,
they said there was a problem about which address the money got sent to and after we had to confirm where them money went we were told they would send and add some extra goodies
So there we were giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking that they valued our patience in sticking with them…
like chumps,
So it eventually arrived (like 2 weeks after they took our money) and the first thing we checked out was that we didn’t get the one of strains we ordered. but at least they replaced it with something similar, ok no biggie. next thing we saw was the free “goodies”, (to make up for 2 orders being so stressful we considered to go to a different company), a 1gram baggie of Memosa, so we figured, only one gram?!? must be good if they don’t want us to leave, so we rolled it and… well… left just say it was probably on par with lawn clippings,,
so this is how they value us as customers,
we were very patient with them and made it clear we were concerned (for fair reasons) about our recent experience. Heck, we spent approx 500$ on those two orders alone, never mind what we bought from them before we started having this trouble and that is what they decided would keep us as customers,,, 1g of lawn clipping,
the weed we bought was, ok. not bad, not great. certainly not good enough to make us order again.
the 3 grams of shatter I bought was a major let down..(coincidentally the first time Ive gotten shatter from them) it LOOKS nice but might as well be candy. When I vape it in my dab rig it gives me no lift whatsoever, only a cough and raspy lungs..
That was our experience between roughly May till Aug 2020
