Their reliable delivery arrives within 2-3 business days for orders placed before 3 PM EST. Edibles take up to 2 hours and last from 3 to 6 hours, so please do not over consume.
Ordering and Pricing
TAKE THE STEPS BELOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER;
- Go to the shop and find the products that you want
- Click on the outcomes desired and choose the quantity you wish to, then add these to the cart
- After you add a product to our cart, Click on “continue shopping” to add more products to your cart.
- Once all products are in the shopping cart that you want, you’re ready for the Checkout process so click on “Proceed to Checkout.”
- While at the checkout page, you’ll need to log in with a password and your email. If you haven’t purchased from them before you need a password, your email and need to fill out the required fields. Once you register, you’ll get an email confirmation from them.
- When logged in, you can confirm the shipping information including the address, name, email, order notes, and contact number.
- Once all the required fields have been filled out you can click on “Place Order.”
- At the Checkout Confirmation page, you’ll see instructions along with your order number. The page will show you how to send an Interact E-transfer. Your order will only ship upon receipt of e-transfer
- Once they have the E-Transfer, the order will go through processing, and it will ship within one business day. Once the order ships, you’ll receive an Xpresspost tracking number from them.
Please ask for “signature required” for insurance
Candelivery only ship out packages with “signature required” upon request. You can request a “signature required” if there is a possibility of theft. They take Interac E-transfers as a safe payment method. If you bank with Canadian credit unions or conventional banks, then these are easy to do online with your institution. They provide you with instructions for an E-Transfer with your invoice. They only ship orders upon receipt of e-transfer and the request processed by them.
Once the E-Transfer sent, it may take up to 48 hours for us to process the payment. The E-Transfer will be pending until they can collect the funds submitted by E-Transfer. Once, they will notify you by email and send you a tracking number once the order ships.
Communication
Unfortunately, they do not have a contact number. Candelivery’s customer service representative is available by email Monday to Friday, 9 am EST – 5 pm EST though.
If you want to edit or add to your order, you need to create a new order with them. Candelivery will then cancel the old order. Email them at [email protected] with the order number that you want to cancel. You can cancel and edit orders that did not ship. MAKE SURE YOU WRITE YOUR NEW ORDER NUMBER IN THE MESSAGE BOX WHEN YOUR ABOUT TO SEND YOUR PAYMENT
Packaging/Shipping
Candelivery ensures that the package is packaged with care and vacuumed sealed. The packaging protects your purchase and your privacy. They use Xpresspost mailers which are secure and discreet. You can log in into your account for your tracking number once your order. ships
All orders and payment received AFTER 3:30 PM EST (MON-FRI) will ship the next business day. All Weekend and Holiday orders will be shipped out the following business day.
For any order over $200 after discount, the shipping is free. Candelivery ships via Expedite/Xpresspost $15 Flat Rate, and we provide a tracking number via email for you once the order has shipped. If you live in a remote area, your order may take a few extra days to reach you.
Unfortunately, there are much higher % of postal thefts when shipping to Northern Quebec, Northern Ontario and Nunavut. They cannot offer any delivery guarantees if you live in these areas and you will be ordering at your own risk. “Your own risk” means you will not receive a replacement package or refund if your package is lost or stolen.

Terrible service. Website states same-day delivery outside of Toronto for $15 (plus HST) or free mail delivery over $200. I ordered $240 worth of product, and in the product description, it even says “FREE DELIVERY”. I placed my order before 2pm on Nov 1, paid $15 for same day, and waited. I then see a shipping notification that they’ve shipped via Canada Post. They told me they only deliver to Toronto – not what the website says. I emailed them requesting that they refund my delivery charge because they were not delivering, and because shipping Canada Post is free over $200. They advised I would get my refund but they have yet to send me anything. Radio silence as of 9am this morning. Also, they’re charging HST on all product!!
TL;DR – this is anonther illegal MOM site that will scam you. What a shame.

tried to use coupon says doesn’t exist, bought a second oz, arrived, sealed, still not finished drying, stick on buds still wet and pliable. if left sealed and not used right away it would mold in the bag. bought 2 different oz’s and not impressed.

I have an issue with candelivery
I have emailed them, left questions, and have had no response from them
I left a review on their site about the fact that when ordering the liquid shatter
In the cardos one of the cardos was 1/3 rd full and the other was less than 1/16

And the review that I left was removed, and again I was not advised of why!
I really would like to resolve this as I am a medical user (M.S) on disability
And do not have the funds to play games like this.
What seems a little issue about this to you guys, is huge to a person
Living on disability with a terminal illness.
I can not in good conscience suggest this company as their email does not work, and there is no way to rectify issues
